Summertime Event: Summer Camping Trip CHSP

Join us for our First Summer Camping Trip at Cape Henlopen State Park!
Friday Evening August 16th 4pm thru Sunday August 18th 12pm
This event is limited due to the size of the dorms. If we get overwhelming registrations, we can add another dorm.
We will be staying in Cape Henlopen State Park Barracks/Dorms;
- 15 people per dorm
- Furnished with 15 twin beds per dorm
- Air conditioning
- Central bathhouse with showers
- Central mess hall includes
- Large dining area
- Full-sized industrial kitchen
- Indoor recreation space
- Outdoor campfire ring
- Outdoor volleyball net
- Walking distance to the main beach, The Point, and the playground
We will also be providing individual model Rockets for the Scouts to Assemble & Launch on Saturday Morning (Weather & Wind permitting)!
Reservation Costs will cover the Site, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sunday Breakfast, Pack Activities, depending on which reservation option you choose;
Option #1 – Friday & Saturday Overnight – $40 per person.

This event is limited due to the size of the dorms, 30 spots available for Option #1 & 15 spots available for Option #2.

I want to launch a Rocket but I wont be there Friday Night? :
We will have several “a la carte” Rocket Kits available on a first come first serve basis for $15, launches are planned to begin shortly after breakfast.
